Embedded hardware PCB design
As a laboratory assistant on an Aeronix-sponsored senior design project at Clemson, I created schematics and multilayer PCB layouts in Altium Designer. My work covered assigned embedded hardware circuits for sensing, programming/debugging, and expansion.
My contributions

| IMU interface | Integrated an LSM6DSOX 6-axis IMU over SPI, including pin assignments, interrupt routing, and schematic and PCB layout. |
| Programming and debug | Designed a Micro-USB Type-B interface with ESD protection and board-level signal routing. |
| Expansion header | Implemented a 44-pin header exposing GPIO, SPI, I2C, and UART for external hardware connections. |
I also produced hardware documentation and supported design reviews for these PCB subsystems.

I’ve continued developing these skills through Altium PCB design and simulation training. My MixedSim course exercise documents a component-tolerance study with the circuit and simulation plots.
